DIY: Wire Knot Rings

This week crafting has really helped me stay less stressed as I made a major life decision. I will share the details here as soon as I have some time to gather my thoughts. There's no turning back now which is both terrifying and exciting! But, like I said, more on that later.

Moving on to a quick and easy DIY project which served as a nice break from getting everything ready for the Punk Rock Flea Market this Sunday.

I made these two rings using gold wire found at any craft store with the help of some great tutorials!

 1. Knot Ring.

If you follow me on Pinterest, you know I have been loving delicate gold rings. This was so easy to make and has the same look as some of the rings you've probably seen all over the Internet. Follow these incredibly detailed instructions to make your own!

2. Nautical Knot Ring.

Another popular ring that I've seen online is this 'Forget Me Knot' ring. Cute and overpriced. So when I came across this tutorial, I had to try it out (and then I followed Ashley's blog because it's so cute!). She actually did hers as a bow, similar to a ring from Tiffany & Co., but I went with a more nautical version.

How is your week going? Have you been working on anything that you're excited about?

  1. Cute. I've always been more partial to bigger, funkier rings. I have long fingers and I feel like tiny little rings look weird on my hand. I've never tried to make a ring before.

You know how my week is going. Oy.
